Turnaround Times

Our business cards take approximately 2-3 working days from the order being finalised to be despatched (This does not include delivery).

Most of the products on our site take approximately 3-5 working days to despatched, however we also have a range of Same Day and Next Day Despatch options if you need your order fast!

80-100gsm Standard office photocopier/printer paper. Commonly used for letterheads, with compliment slips, black and white documents & the inner pages of wire bound books.
115gsm A cost effective option for flyers, usually used for disposable promotional material such as letterbox drops, promotional flyers and posters.
150gsm A slightly thicker and more durable stock. Commonly used for flyers, brochures, menus, posters & booklets.
170gsm Our thickest ‘paper’ stock. Often used for high quality flyers, brochures, posters and magazines.
250gsm A thin board. Mainly used for economy business cards, flyers, posters, marketing cards, booklets and brochures.
350gsm A thicker board ideal for business cards, greeting cards and postcards.
400-420gsm A heavy, premium card stock, usually used for business cards, promotional cards and presentation folders
450gsm Our strongest and heaviest all white card stock, usually used for business cards, promotional cards and presentation folders

To achieve our low pricing, our products are bulk printed and as such, we are unable to offer exact colour matching. Colours may vary from day to day, press to press and during a run. Please consider this when placing an order with us if you are not able to accept some colour variation.

Ordering Process

Placing an order is simple, all you have to do is choose your product, choose your specifications (i.e, Stock, Process, Quantity) and then add the product to your cart, after that you can choose any special finishing options and then proceed to the checkout. Once the order has been paid for you will be taken to ‘My Portal’ where you can upload your artwork (how to correctly upload artwork)

We require a high resolution press ready file for printing, This could be a .PDF, .TIFF or .EPS.

We do also accept high resolution .JPEGS and .PNGS but you should try to avoid using them as they will not print as well

To make sure that your design prints correctly and has no printing errors you need to make sure you

  • Include 2mm Bleed (What is Bleed?)
  • Have a 3mm Safe Area within the document
  • Design your artwork in CMYK or Relevant Spot Colour (CMYK VS RGB)
  • Design as 300dpi or higher
  • Make sure you don’t accidentally have overprint turned on (What is Overprint?)
  • Keep you ink density below 300% (What is Ink Density?)
  • Outline your fonts (The Importance of Outlining Fonts)
